Keeping Makeup Fresh

1. Apply shadow primer to the entire lid before makeup application. It is important to apply a primer because it holds the shadow in place all day an makes the pigment of the shadow more intense.

2. Use brushes to apply cosmetics. Brushes blend much better than sponge applicators or fingers and they are much more sanitary.

3. Use cake eyeliner or gel line instead of pencils for dramatic long lasting results. Pencils tend to smear and run when your body temperature increases.

4. To set and hold eye brows with a touch of color try my Brow Fix available at http://www.danielmcfadden.com. This is easy to use and does not make brows look drawn on or artificial.

5. Always apply loose powder to set foundation. Loose powder will set the foundation and concealor and prevent shine.

6.Blush should be applied heavier than needed and then blended with a sponge to tone down and hold in place.

7. Line lips with a lip liner and then fill in the entire lip with color. This is a perfect way to give the lips a base color that will not come right off. Lip gloss and lipstick can be applied right over top of this base.

8. Dust entire face with a Mosaic Powder also available at my website. This product helps blend and color correct.

9. Mist entire face with a finishing spray to set the makeup and add a natural moist glow.
